Marketing Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at AECOM in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a full-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required. The ideal candidate will be driven and resilient, with a creative mindset and a strong ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns- Create content for social media platforms, website, and promotional materials- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities- Collaborate with team members to coordinate marketing efforts and projects- Provide general administrative support to the marketing department
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Creativity and a strong attention to detail- Ability to work well in a team setting
