Marketing Assistant

Marketing AssistantOur Property Management is looking for a Marketing Assistant to work alongside a great team. This is a permanent full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the skills to be able to manage and support the Manager on projects such as developing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and interpreting marketing analytics. As a Marketing Assistant you will be you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials.Key Responsibilities are as follows:Assist in organizational marketing strategies to generate leads and create brand awarenessHelping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.Working closely with sales and marketing department.Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.Giving presentations.Maintaining a marketing database.Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.Understanding company product and brand.General office duties.Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.Organizing market research.Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.Organising, planning, and implementing strategies to increase customers.Handling customer concerns when necessary and ensuring the customer is satisfied with the resolved issue and service that has been provided.Qualification and Experience Required for this Role:We are looking for someone who has a minimum of Diploma in Communications/Advertising/Marketing or minimum 1 year experience in marketing position in any field.Position will require weekend works, travelling out of Auckland is required so you must be flexible and the pay rate for this position will be 29.80 NZD per hour.Job Type: Full-timePay: $29.80 per hourBenefits:Travel reimbursementSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityApplication Deadline: 08/06/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
