Job Description - Marketing Campaign Manager

About the Role:

This role reports into an awesome experienced senior marketing manager and sits within the tight knit & collaborative w marketing & digital team

Put simply this role is accountable for overseeing marketing promotions and projects for both acquisition and retention of customers.

Implementing through ATL channels, digital channels, direct comms to customers through the full customer lifecycle and awareness/lead gen comms, ensuring the brand tone of voice and customer experience is considered at every touchpoint

Day to day TTL channels that require hands on management include TVOD, OOH, in location marketing, radio, sponsorship/events, PR with an agency/comms. Regarding the digital suite of marketing comms this role works closely with the Digital marketing manager who is responsible for managing the day to day.

As you’d expect this role requires a high level of stakeholder management and collaboration both internally and externally including true partnerships regarding the deliverables for all marketing.

This is an analytical and insights driven role, therefore requires a data and insights experienced marketer to meet targets, as well as measure ROI, including completing a Post Campaign Analysis on the variety of campaigns managed.

About You:

You will be a junior to intermediate hands-on marketer, ideally with some retail experience, used to working in a fast- paced high performing environment. Working collaboratively with teams and agencies with strong project management, analytical, creative, attention to detailand relationship management skills. You will have had exposure to brand, retail, acquisition and retention.

You will have experience developing and rolling out retail-based marketing calendars with the customer and brand and the heart of everything you do. Same goes for retaining customers. You will have experience working with a brand and understanding the value of weaving that brand into all retail comms with proven results continuously optimising in the retention and acquisition space

You will have experience implementing campaigns with key stakeholders across TTL channels including TV On Demand, OOH, radio, sponsorship/events, in location marketing exposure to digital including programmatic and lead generation.

You will be familiar with CRM, MS Dynamics or similar.

Creative and customer centric of course you will also love using data to create actionable insights ultimately driving commercial performance of this companies’ product, as well as being commercial and continuous improvement through reviewing ROI on PCAs.

Naturally you will have built solid relationship and worked in partnership with agencies to help you fulfil the delivery of successful marketing campaigns.
