Your Role – As a Marketing Client Lead at Done By Nine, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our client's business, their goals, and their target audience. Your primary responsibilities will include: Taking a Deep Dive: Conducting in-depth assessments of our clients' current position and future objectives to gain an understanding of their unique requirements and challenges. Marketing Strategy Development: Alongside our Marketing Strategists, you'll develop customised marketing plans that articulate target audience demographics, competitor analysis, areas of success to leverage, and opportunities for improvement in their approach to marketing. Idea Incubator *: Building and nurturing an idea incubator for each client, fostering a creative environment that generates innovative marketing concepts and campaigns. Actionable Marketing Blends ~: Creating monthly blends that outline the optimal mix of marketing tactics to achieve our clients' marketing and business goals, making the most of their allocated budget. Delegating and Execution: Delegating tasks to our team and overseeing their execution to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Client Collaboration: Liaising with clients, actively seeking their input and sign-off on marketing deliverables, and fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and success. Task Management: Utilising our project management tool, ClickUp, to track and monitor the progress of tasks, ensuring their completion and seamless workflow. Experience and Passion: Experience in, knowledge of, and a strong passion for marketing, communications, or public relations. Exceptional Task Management: Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring their seamless progression and completion at a high standard. Attention to Detail: Your meticulous attention to detail allows you to dot the i's and cross the t's (you can't resist a triple check), ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
