They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their Wellington based team. Reporting to the New Zealand Head of Brand and Marketing, based in Auckland, you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years' experience working in brand and marketing. You will work with the Hotel General Managers to develop and execute a hotel marketing strategy per hotel across all owned and third-party channels, deliver an annual marketing calendar of data-driven campaigns and assess results ongoing to ensure revenue targets are met for both the accommodation and food & Beverage. You will have an understanding of digital channels, along with loyalty programmes, influencers, PR and partnerships, with good content creation skills, both copywriting and visual. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as is project management and communication skills. Hospitality is a fast-paced, ever-changing business – you will be comfortable juggling different priorities, adaptable to change and of course, customer focused in your approach.
