Marketing & Communications Specialist About the Role Join our dynamic team as a Marketing & Communications Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our brand's growth and engagement. You'll manage a diverse range of marketing and communication activities, ensuring our message is clear, consistent, and compelling.Key Responsibilities Support new contract mobilization with PR, social media, and branding activities.Create marketing content to aid business development and sales growth.Execute marketing and communication plans for company growth and retention.Maintain brand integrity by adhering to Green by Nature guidelines.Oversee social media functions and grow our online presence.Support website updates and storytelling projects.Execute sponsorship and partnership activities.Compile high-standard reports and internal publications.Qualifications Relevant tertiary education in administration and/or marketing.Proficiency in graphic design using InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and other Adobe products.Experience in website design and modifications.Social media management and research expertise.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role.About You Relevant tertiary education in administration and/or marketing.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and other Adobe products.Experience in social media management, website design, and modifications.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role.Friendly, approachable, and eager to help with excellent organizational and time management skills.High integrity, initiative, and proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Why Join Us?
