Marketing Coordinator

With growth continuing across the business, we’re excited to welcome a new Marketing Coordinator to the Smart Pack team in Kelvin Grove, Palmerston North.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be executing marketing initiatives across both NZ and Australia – from running social media and coordinating content creation, to producing standout marketing collateral and organising events. You’ll work closely with our sales and leadership teams, plus external creatives, to make sure our brand shines in the right places and speaks to the right audiences. 

You’ll be someone who’s naturally curious, thrives on juggling projects, and is just as happy writing captions as you are organising a customer case study shoot. You don’t need to have all the answers yet – we’re looking for someone who’s hungry to learn, proactive, and full of ideas.

Ideally you’ll bring:

• A couple of years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
• Confident writing skills and a good eye for visuals
• Experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads
• Great organisation and the ability to keep projects moving
• A “can do, will do” attitude – you jump in, take ownership and make things happen
