Marketing Coordinator

365 Health Ltd, established in 2007 is a well-established health supplementary product retailer based in Eastern Auckland. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Marketing Coordinator to boost our sales, particularly for online consumers. As a leading health supplement retailer in Auckland for 16 years, we are looking for a candidate who can support us continue to grow and expand our business. This is a full-time permanent position with a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 40 working hours per week. The starting pay rate is $29.66 per hour, with an expected annual income of a minimum of $46,269.60 and a maximum of $61,692.80, depending on the number of working hours.

Ideal candidates should possess the ability to develop strategic marketing approaches with a strong focus on our target consumers. We are looking for individuals who can effectively coordinate with our management team and implement cost-effective marketing strategies that align with our sales goals.

Responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and developing marketing campaigns and strategies to drive sales and foster business growth.
• Conducting research and evaluating market data, statistical information, customer feedback, and sales data to identify and define the target market. This involves staying informed about current market situations and predicting future market trends.
• Presenting effective and innovative marketing plans and strategies to promote sales and reach the target market.
• Creating compelling promotional materials in line with our strategic planning.
• Coordinating various marketing approaches, including advertising, media products, digital PR via web & social media, and other specialized marketing activities, all within budget constraints.
• Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of past and current marketing strategies in relation to sales performance and our positioning within the target market segment.
• Utilizing and updating the customer feedback to gather valuable market data and resources in a timely manner
• Providing advice on effective merchandising to enhance our product appeal to consumers.
