Job Description - Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant

About Us:MB Century is executing an exciting and challenging strategic plan. We are a recognised industry leader providing innovative solutions to the renewable energy sector and we are passionate about hydro and geothermal power. Our scope of work includes Drilling, Reservoir Services, Hydro and Geothermal Power Station refurbishment, and specialist Fabrication, Machining and Industrial Coatings.We have big plans to further develop, innovate and complement these services. Will you join our journey?The Role:Reporting to the International Ventures Manager and working closely with our CEO, you'll be central for the delivery of agreed marketing strategies and providing administration duties to support business growth and performance.On the marketing side, you'll be involved with social media messaging, organising marketing and recruitment campaigns, event management, overseeing brand quality and monitoring advertising performance. In addition, you'll coordinate our internal communications across our diverse business and complete ongoing market research on new markets and branding platforms.Working closely with our CEO, as his Executive Assistant, you'll be his right-hand person for calendar management, communication management, meeting preparation, project support and relationship management. You'll attend board meetings, take minutes and interact with the directors. You'll also coordinate travel arrangements for our Senior Leaders and assist our corporate teams with new starter onboarding preparation.About You:High attention to detail, analytically minded, deadline driven, organized and professional…sound like you?You'll have a breadth of skills and experience both in marketing and EA duties and a flexible attitude to jump in where your skills are needed to support our dynamic business. It is ideal that you bring a tertiary qualification in business, marketing or similar but we are open to being wowed with your glowing experience relevant to this role and our industry.If you pride yourself on your confidentiality and professional tact with sensitive information, you'll earn thetrust of our senior team. Your exceptional communication skills will see you writing marketing copy, preparing board packs and developing effective relationships with internal and external parties.Our business is actively growing, our work is reactive and our industry is ever-changing.
