Responsibilities

We are seeking a Marketing Director to join our team in Newmarket playing a fundamental role developing and driving strategy from our internal and external data. This role would suit a strong leader who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced global entertainment company.

You will be responsible for:

Developing and executing strategies and utilising key internal and external data to inform marketing decisions and drive foot traffic and conversion,

Providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team, ensuring successful outcomes for the business,

Taking charge of new marketing initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to make informed decisions that yield optimal results for the company,

Lead all aspects of TEEG’s marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing including product & brand strategy and marketing operations,

Using our reporting systems to identify key trends and interpret them into marketing insights,

Developing the brand to enhance awareness and market share,

Champion and drive a consistent understanding of our consumer brands,

Identify opportunities for growth through innovation, partnerships, product innovation and expansion.

Skills and experience

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Leader to join a supportive and high-performance work culture. This role would suit an experienced senior marketer looking to lead us to our next stage of growth.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline,

10 + years of experience within Marketing, with several years of experience leading a team and developing strategy, ideally within the Retail or Entertainment sectors,

Line management experience and the ability to use content management and marketing automation tools, being hands on when required,

Prior experience in both brand and product management at a strategic level,

The ability to think strategically, build a communications plan and pull that all the way through to delivery,

Effective written and oral communication and branding skills,

The ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across multiple organisational levels and foster strong partnerships with internal and external partners,

The capacity to take initiative, problem solve and make decisions to tight deadlines,

A creative and innovative flair, with the ability to think outside the box.
