POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Executive is responsible for the marketing functions across Adaptiv, ICM, and C3 Post Trade; including social media, content creation, design, reporting and working alongside internal and external partners to implement/deliver projects/tasks on time and on budget. You will also work with the General Manager, Executive Team and HR Department to help drive initiatives that create a positive employee experience.
This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships across a diverse range of contacts from all parts and levels of the business to promote and drive business activities. The Company operates within an atmosphere of continual change with ongoing expansion and maturation. This can necessitate shifting priorities and focus, requiring timely adaptation to business needs. Core to this position is the ability to remain optimistic and positive when faced with pressure and change, as well as to be supportive of change. From time to time, the position will necessitate after hours work to assist with coordinating internal and external Company or Client requirements. The individual in this position must be self-motivated, driven, and proactive to deliver a superior service that supports the business objectives, champions the culture and the successful development and implementation initiatives and projects.

Position Responsibilities
Role Specific Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow Adaptiv’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content that reflects our brand and values.
• Monitor social trends, engage with our audience, and analyse social media performance.
Content Creation & Thought Leadership:
• Develop high-quality content such as blogs, articles, and case studies that position Adaptiv as a leader in the data integration and analytics space.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce thought leadership content that highlights industry trends, challenges, and our innovative solutions.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication.
Basic Design Tasks:
• Create visually appealing graphics and presentations for social media, blogs, and website use.
• Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or Adobe Spark to design simple marketing materials and graphics in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with external designers for more complex design needs.
Website & SEO Management:
• Maintain and update content on Adaptiv’s website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimisation. • Work with external vendors and internal teams to improve user experience and drive website traffic.
• Monitor and report on website analytics to inform content strategies.
Brand Management:
• Ensure all marketing materials align with the Adaptiv brand guidelines.
• Support the development of marketing collateral that promotes our products and services effectively.
• Contribute to campaigns that enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Track and measure the performance of content and social media campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on KPIs, including engagement rates, website traffic, and content performance.
• Use insights to optimise future marketing activities.
Media & Relationships:
• Ability to build and manage relationships with media outlets to execute print and advertising campaigns
Event Marketing:
• Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility, engagement and drive lead generation.
Internal Marketing & Corporate Project Involvement
• Actively contribute to and assist with internal marketing initiatives and corporate projects that align with our company’s strategic objectives.

• Due to the fluid and dynamic environment within Adaptiv/ICM, additional or changed position responsibilities may be required at any time
• Successful demonstration of change orientation is an ongoing responsibility for all Adaptiv/ICM positions • Other ad-hoc tasks and duties as required from time to time.

• Grow and manage Adaptiv’s social media channels, increasing engagement and brand awareness.

• Ensure all marketing materials align with Adaptiv’s brand guidelines and maintain a strong visual identity. • Execute marketing campaigns and coordinate industry events to enhance visibility and lead generation.
• Track marketing performance through analytics and provide insights to optimise future strategies.
Person Specification
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related
• 3-4+ years’ experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management. Or experience in media industry • Experience working in a IT Professional Services SME environment (preferred).
Expertise
• A Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in producing a variety of content types (blogs, articles, social posts, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website management (experience with CMS like WordPress is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organisational and project management skills • Passion for technology, data, and staying up to date with industry trends.
