Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive at our Wellington location. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales and marketing activities. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and opportunities. Create engaging and informative content across various marketing channels. Manage marketing budget and track ROI (Return on Investment) of marketing initiatives. Analyze marketing data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Manage and mentor marketing team members. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing management. Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, written and verbal, skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Experience with marketing automation tools a plus.
