About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is a creative thinker and ruthless doer. Someone passionate to join a high performing team, enabling NZ farmers to farm the way they’ve always wanted through our digital farm operating system. This person will lead a NZ Marketing team, work collaboratively with global brand and creative teams, partner with regional sales and commercial teams, interact with our farmers (customers), plan and spearhead our participation at industry events, lead regional marketing campaign strategy and execution to drive leads through to conversion.
You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on team mate, as comfortable speaking with customers and understanding what makes them tick, as you are investigating data, and utilizing it to drive multi-channel campaigns. This role will help run our marketing pipeline and drive leads.
