The opportunity:

In this high impact role, you'll be responsible for identifying, creating, and delivering market leading direct customer engagement strategies and tactics leveraging all touchpoints to deepen our relationships and grow sustainable customer lifetime value.

This is a 12-month fixed term role covering a period of parental leave.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-defining the strategy and leading the execution of fully integrated Customer Lifetime Value marketing activity to support retention and growth of existing and new customer segments

  • Leveraging all customer touchpoints to create deeper customer relationships, improve customer experiences and deliver efficiencies

  • Managing and collaborating with stakeholders to develop market leading communication and engagement initiatives

  • Managing large, complex projects (people, time, budget) to execute marketing strategies

  • Implementing and maintaining performance measurement processes that align with our core KPI’s, including regular stakeholder reporting.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • A passion for communications, with demonstrable experience leading successful customer engagement initiatives in large organisations

  • Proven experience of specialist marketing functions particularly CRM and Marketing Automation; ideally using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Confidence forming strong relationships with senior stakeholders, applying key business and consumer insights to address key business challenges or create new opportunities

  • The ability to translate business ideas into tangible solutions with detailed requirements and measurable ROI

  • Experience in dealing with complex products, with large and diverse customer bases

  • Adaptability to changing environments and a positive, proactive approach to making an impact

  • Great energy, tenacity and eagerness to learn and grow.
