You will support our sales team by providing them with the information and resources they need to sell our products. You will also spend time in the field with our customers and sales team. You will be based in our Mt Wellington office.What we are looking for:An energetic, driven and capable digitally savvy Product Manager/Marketing Manager with experience in the Pharmaceutical sector who is excited about being an integral part of a values-based organisation.You will have previously:Developed and implemented marketing strategies, budgets and plans to promote products and deliver the required results and exceptional ROI.Managed product lines throughout the product lifecycle from planning to execution and have ensured that the business strategy, objectives and budgets are delivered in a way that aligns with each product's branding and positioning in the market.Partnered with and coached the sales team to support them to deliver their targets and budgets.Developed information and resources to support the sales team with their customers.Worked closely with sales teams, warehouse, distribution, supply chain and customer services teams.What you will bring:A tertiary qualification - ideally a Marketing Degree or post graduate marketing qualification3- 5 years marketing experience as a Product Manager/ Marketing Manager  You will know how to: position and price products in the market bringing bring a customer -centric approach; monitor and analyse competitor activities and products; develop and implement promotional cycles and campaigns; determine customer needs by obtaining market information; recommend new products; launch new products to market on time and on budget; prepare product forecasts and monitor inventory levels to ensure supply chain timelines; maintain a high level of product knowledge; prepare and review the effectiveness of promotional material, and you will have coached and trained sales teams.Strong business acumen and commercial judgement along with strong analytical and numerical skillsA track record of developing, implementing and reviewing effective marketing strategies, plans and budgets that deliver exceptional ROIProven experience with implementing e-commerce strategiesGood technological skills including the ability to embrace and effectively utilise technology, analyse data and to run our CRM system.Proactive and outside the box thinking and a continuous improvement and innovation mindsetExcellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic business relationshipsExcellent presentation skills and a proven ability to present information, respond to questions and present to executive level management both internally and externallyPrevious experience training and coaching others to increase their product knowledgeAn eye for detail and high levels of accuracyGreat collaboration skills and previous experience working effectively cross functionallyPrevious experience working in/knowledge of the NZ pharmaceutical market and context.Available and happy to travel in NZ (and overseas if required).In addition, you must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.About Us:Pharmaco (N.Z.) and (Aus) Ltd is a leading sales, marketing and distribution healthcare organisation, delivering innovative, evidence-based healthcare products to New Zealand and Australia from all over the world.
