Job Description - Marketing Officer

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Auckland

Salary: $29 - $32

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5 PM

 

Job Responsibilities

-              Effectively managing the sales and marketing activities of the organisation and to grow the organisation sales through these efforts.

-              Help develop new products and services using market research and identify new target markets.

-                  Analyse and report on advertising and marketing. Coordinate campaign and promotional deliverables.

-                Report on sales and make sure sales targets are met.

-              Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees within Sales and Marketing department.

-                  Respond to queries both internally and externally.

-       Working with agencies

-       Prepare and format documents and reports.

-       Write correspondence and creative brief content for the web and other media.

-       Identify, implement, and update marketing collaterals.

-       Plan and implement the social media content calendar.

-       Design and collaborate to tell our stories via social media channels, YouTube, website, print, and reports.

-       Produce of a range of promotional artwork for both print and digital, including brochures, advertising, prospectuses, flyers, posters, and signage for the University

 

Requirement and Skills   

-        Level 7 Diploma or higher qualification or 5 years of relevant work experience.

-        Experience in a diverse range of marketing and advertising activities across print, digital and social media.

-        Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage positively and proactively with a variety of stakeholders.

-        Be committed to excellent quality and have a sharp eye for detail.

-        Have strong digital capabilities and the ability to learn quickly.

-        Have tons of initiative and be able to bring creativity and new ideas to the role.

-        Experience working under pressure and fast-paced environment.
