Job Responsibilities
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Effectively managing the sales and marketing activities of the organisation and to grow the organisation sales through these efforts.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Help develop new products and services using market research and identify new target markets.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Analyse and report on advertising and marketing. Coordinate campaign and promotional deliverables.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Report on sales and make sure sales targets are met.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees within Sales and Marketing department.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Respond to queries both internally and externally.
- Â Â Â Â Â Working with agencies
-      Prepare and format documents and reports.
- Â Â Â Â Â Write correspondence and creative brief content for the web and other media.
- Â Â Â Â Â Identify, implement, and update marketing collaterals.
- Â Â Â Â Â Plan and implement the social media content calendar.
- Â Â Â Â Â Design and collaborate to tell our stories via social media channels, YouTube, website, print, and reports.
- Â Â Â Â Â Produce of a range of promotional artwork for both print and digital, including brochures, advertising, prospectuses, flyers, posters, and signage for the University

Requirement and Skills  Â
-Â Â Â Â Level 7 Diploma or higher qualification or 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience in a diverse range of marketing and advertising activities across print, digital and social media.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage positively and proactively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Be committed to excellent quality and have a sharp eye for detail.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Have strong digital capabilities and the ability to learn quickly.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Have tons of initiative and be able to bring creativity and new ideas to the role.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience working under pressure and fast-paced environment.
