Marketing Specialist

Ideqa is a well established, Auckland headquartered, Australasian Oracle Cloud Partner specialised in the delivery, integration and support of Oracle Customer Experience (CX) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SaaS, PaaS and IaaS solutions. We help large organisations transform their business with smart cloud solutions. The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Professional, ideally with some relevant experience, to plan and execute Marketing Strategy across a range of channels. Our current strategy focuses on brand awareness and lead generation, some of the key areas of the role are:

• Develop Marketing Strategies: Design and implement effective marketing strategies with measurables that are aligned with Ideqa's goals and objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, create, manage and analyse, digital marketing campaigns across various channels, primarily across Linkedin and email.
• Manage vendors/agencies: Manage relationships with any external marketing agencies, and/or contractors primarily for content creation.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with SMEs (subject matter experts) to create regular content for blogs, customer stories and other content for various channels.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various channels such as; video testimonials, written blogs/customer stories, LinkedIn content, and email newsletters.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring expenditures align with strategic goals.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports to management, highlighting the performance metrics of marketing activities and their alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing
• Ideally have a bachelor's degree in marketing, management, communications or commerce related
• Proven track record of digital marketing, brand awareness and successful campaign management
• Proficiency with marketing tools  in order to execute marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Experience with content creation and digital marketing
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Accountable, have initiative and are able to take ownership
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time-management skills and are able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Annual Salary $85,000 - $90,000
