Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join a highly reputable construction company on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. This role requires a hands-on marketer with strong design skills and experience with InDesign.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute all marketing activities

Design and create marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

Develop and manage communication strategies

Write and design bid proposals

Support the bid team with design elements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, with a strong graphic design background

Proficient in Adobe InDesign

Excellent communication and writing skills

Familiarity with the construction sector is a plus
