Step into the role of Marketing Specialist - Brand & Acquisition, where you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Brand & Acquisition, you will support the creation, implementation, and execution of effective retail, brand and customer communication activities and initiatives that meet Tower's annual revenue and growth objectives.

You can expect to be across the following:  

  • Responsible for internal activation and front-line engagement of the overarching ATL campaigns
  • Lead the development and execution of targeted tactical campaigns using an insights-led approach to drive key product performance. Including agency briefing and management, stakeholder approvals, media scheduling, campaign optimisation and post-campaign analysis. 
  • Responsible for end-to-end planning, creation and delivery of targeted data driven customer communications utilising our marketing automation tool to support overarching ATL campaigns, where through-the-line activity is required.
  • Act as a Tower brand guardian and support the Senior Marketing Manager - Brand & Acquisition with brand support and approvals 
  • Manage affiliate relationships, undertake monthly reporting of performance, and ensure accuracy of content by working with the product team on quarterly website audits. 
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager - Brand & Acquisition and Senior Marketing Manager - Digital on the overarching social media and content strategy. Lead the social portion of the strategy including organic content creation and scheduling. Work with media agency on the implementation of paid social capabilities and develop paid social strategy. 
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate Post Campaign Analysis and socialising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with research agencies to undertake formal external research as required, for example brand tracking. 
  • Effective Risk Management associated with the role. Including ensuring relevant campaign controls are adhered to, electronic archiving of all produced material, managing signoffs, creating and documenting new business processes as required. 

What you'll need  

The ideal candidate is a dynamic thinker with proven experience in marketing and brand. They excel in building strong connections, have exceptional attention to detail, and are passionate about delivering impactful marketing initiatives that drive revenue and growth. 

To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:  

  • 3+ years' experience in a structured marketing environment. 
  • Experience in delivering brand and marketing campaigns and customer communication with a focus on driving good customer and business outcomes. 
  • Experience in digital marketing working within a performance marketing context, across search, programmatic and social channels. 
  • Experience with brand management and guardianship 
  • A good understanding of customer data, including strong data analysis / reporting skills (including experience with providing Excel reports). 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage, influence and manage senior stakeholders and partners. and well-developed relationship management skills. 
  • Willingness to look for and embrace new ideas/innovations. 
  • Good relationship building and stakeholder management skills 
  • Strong organisational skills/ability to prioritise to meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail.
  • Moderate working knowledge of Google Analytics and Power BI would be useful
