Marketing Specialist /Consultant - Unlimited Growth Potential

IGQ is a Private Training Establishment registered through NZQA, which is authorised to deliver National Diploma of Sports, Leisure & Exercise (Multi Sectors) in English and Chinese. The campus is located at a Christchurch based Golf Club. We now have a vacancy available for the position of Marketing Specialist/Consultant. 

The ideal candidate should:

1. be able to communicate both orally and in writing in English and Chinese because the candidate is expected to develop the market in China to attract more students from China. 
2. have a relevant qualification or at least three years relevant work experience in marketing in the education industry.

Duties and responsibilities for this role include:

1. Plan,develop and organise annual enrolment plan and marketing strategy.
2. Advise the manager team and staff members of the marketing strategy and plans and maintain effective communication with staff and third parties.
3. Maintain good relationship with  other education agents to strengthen the construction of the agent network.
4. Coordinate and plan new media and short video marketing programs as well as other marketing activities to develop the branding of the business, and update the recruitment brochure and promotional materials regularly to attract more students.
5. Undertake research for potential opportunities in order to support business growth.
6. Monitor and analyse data of the marketing trend and develop strategies of marketing promotions.
7. Oversee the performance of the operations team.
8. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
9. Research and develop local golf initiation markets and other short courses.
