Your Impact: 

As Media Manager, you’ll shape how our NZ brands TAB & Betcha connect with fans, leading smart media strategies, building standout campaigns, and driving customer growth. Partnering with top media players and internal teams, you’ll make a real mark on brand performance while growing your career in one of the industry’s most dynamic digital & media teams 

A Day in the Life: 

Based in our Auckland office, we embrace a flexible hybrid model that blends in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the freedom to work from home. It’s a balance that supports wellbeing, respects individuality, and helps you do your best work. In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to step up when the action hits. Here’s a snapshot of your day:  

• Lead media strategy and campaign planning for TAB & Betcha.  

• Partner with agencies, platforms, and media owners to deliver best-in-class activity.  

• Oversee flawless creative rollouts with full compliance to industry and regulatory standards.  

• Turn data into action using MMM, brand tracking and analytics to deliver full-funnel performance.  

• Share clear, impactful insights that lift results across channels and teams.  

• Keep budgets on track with smooth, accurate media finance management.  

Your Strengths: 

• +4 yrs experience in media planning and/or buying roles at an agency or in-house brand team 

• Passion for digital media with a strong grasp of trends and platforms.  

• Confident using analytics and buying tools to generate insights. 

• Skilled at turning insights to optimise performance and drive high-impact campaigns. 

• Experience in media finance processing e.g. Invoices, Accruals, Reconciliation 

• Valued but no required: An interest in Betting, Racing and/or Sport
