Manurewa Medical is a busy General Practice, providing quality healthcare to the people of South Auckland.

We currently have a vacancy for a Medical Administrator to join our dedicated and supportive team. 

You will be 1 of 3 Medical Administrators to support our clinical team with administrative support, from maintaining stock, recalling patients, and assisting with data analysis to actively improve the performance of the clinic. You will also have the opportunity to practically assist clinical staff with patient procedures and be responsible for site maintenance.

Pivotal to this role, is an ability to be highly motivated on delivering a high level of care to our patients. 

To be successful you will have:

• Previous experience in a senior administration role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong planning, organising and time management skills
• Exceptional accuracy in all aspects of data administration
• Adaptable and able to prioritise

The ability to multi-task is critical, as is the ability to maintain professionalism, build great relationships with suppliers and patients and be a great problem solver.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for people, processes and delivering high quality outcomes for our patients

This is a full-time position (40hrs/week) between the hours of 7.00am to 6pm weekdays and Saturday mornings when required.
