Full-Time Medical Receptionist

We are an established Private Cardiology group who is in need of a experienced medical receptionist with excellent written and spoken English, to work at our rooms in Albany and Silverdale, along with our remote clinics which may include other locations at our mobile clinics. 

We are looking for a warm and friendly receptionist who can also carry out administration duties. We expect high standards so attention to detail and efficiency is a must. 

We are a busy and expanding clinic, no two days are the same and you will need to be flexible and able to adapt to any changes that may occur throughout the day. 

The applicant will also need to have great interpersonal skills, telephone manner and be professional at all times. You must also be a team player and be able to prioritize and multi-task efficiently.

Previous Medical Reception/Admin experience using Incisive Medical systems would be an advantage, however training will be given.
