Member Services Representative

Are you passionate about people, music, and making a difference? We’re on the lookout for a Member Services Representative to join our Member Services team at APRA AMCOS.

This is a full-time, frontline, people focused role supporting APRA AMCOS members at every stage of their creative journey. You’ll deliver high quality service across phone, email, CRM and in person, while working closely with colleagues across the organisation.

You’ll also:

• Support songwriters with membership, royalties and opportunities


• Manage member enquiries and administration


• Contribute to events, education, outreach and creative programmes


• Work in a way that reflects Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Māori values in practice

You’re someone who:

• Has experience in customer or member service


• Communicates clearly and professionally (written & verbal)


• Is organised, adaptable and confident juggling priorities


• Enjoys problem solving and working as part of a team


• Has an interest in (or connection to) the music industry in Aotearoa NZ
