Member Success Specialist role - 0.6 - 0.8 FTE
Our HQ is in Mount Maunganui | Potential for role to be remote
We're seeking someone to support our Member Success team who're enabling our clients to achieve their goals and make a difference in the wider business community!
About us:
We're a small global SaaS company helping progressive accounting firms accelerate small business success. We enable them to market, sell and deliver Business Advisory services via our web app. Our offering spans: education, content, marketing, and software.
Our company is in an exciting phase with a brand new product soon to be released. We're seeking applicants who're keen to support the wider Member Success team as we navigate a shifting landscape.

About the role:
We're looking for an agile team player who enjoys collaboration and working in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and a keenness to learn will be key to your success.
You'll use programs like HubSpot, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Trello, PowerPoint, and our bespoke app to enhance the learning experience for our members, help them get an ROI from our product and deliver meaningful change to their clients.
You'll use your communication, collaboration and problem solving skills daily to deliver first-class education via multiple channels. Attention to detail, and the ability to self-manage tasks and deadlines are also key.
