We’re on the lookout for a confident, sales-driven go-getter to join our vibrant Clubfit team. If you thrive on turning conversations into connections, love the buzz of hitting targets, and bring energy to everything you do – this role is your next win. 

You don’t need to be a gym junkie — just someone who gets what we’re about: motivation, connection, and community. 

Usual work hours would be: 

Monday               10.30-6.30pm 

Tuesday              10.30-6.30pm 

Wednesday       9.30-5.30pm   

Thursday             9.30-5.30pm   

• With the occasional weekend work, and additional hours during promotional periods.  

What you’ll be doing 

• Driving membership growth through engaging conversations, energetic tours, and unforgettable first impressions 

• Building authentic relationships with new and existing members — you’ll be the friendly face that makes Clubfit feel like home 

• Getting involved in marketing campaigns and local activations that grow our fitness whānau 

• Assisting and support  

• Working alongside our fitness and front-of-house legends to deliver a seamless, uplifting member experience 

What we’re looking for 

• A natural communicator and connector, confident with people from all walks of life 

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within fitness, sport or health industry. 

• Someone who loves the chase — spotting opportunities, converting leads, and celebrating every “yes!” 

• Tech-savvy, with solid computer literacy 

• A self-starter with great attention to detail, high standards, and a get-it-done attitude 

• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and across both Clubfit sites 

• Professional, well-presented, and positive — always leading with your best self 

• A team player who’s passionate about helping others live fitter, happier lives 

• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
