We’re looking for a Men’s Programme Team Leader to join our team.

In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of our men’s programmes, ensuring services are safe, effective, and grounded in best practice. This is a frontline leadership role, so you’ll be actively involved in programme delivery yourself, while also coordinating staff, providing case direction and supervision, and supporting the team to manage workflow, risk, and client outcomes well.

You’ll work closely with the GM – Service Delivery to lead team meetings, support programme quality, and ensure practice meets organisational and Ministry of Justice standards. You’ll bring a strong practice lens to the role, helping your team reflect well, work safely, and deliver services that are accountable, culturally responsive, and focused on meaningful change.  

You’ll be a registered social worker with solid experience behind you, and a strong understanding of what this mahi asks of people. Previous leadership experience is important, but just as important is your ability to lead from the front, build trusted relationships, and bring out the best in others.

This is a permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm.

Because this is a Core Children’s Worker role, the successful candidate will need to complete the required safety checks, including Police vetting, in line with the Children’s Act 2014.
