Mobile Manager (Dental)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Manager to oversee our growing mobile dental services across the Auckland, Northland and Waikato regions. Based out of our Manukau practice this is a key leadership role driving operational excellence in our mobile dental teams.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Communication

• Lead, mentor and support our mobile dental teams across multiple locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships
• Coordinate with our mobile teams/schools to ensure seamless patient booking and service delivery

Logistics & Fleet Management

• Oversee the efficient deployment, routing and scheduling of our mobile dental units
• Manage fleet maintenance, compliance and asset tracking 
• Ensure mobile clinics are fully stocked and equipped for service delivery

Business Development & Stakeholder Management

• Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with schools/organisations for mobile dental services to work to grow our business 

Business Improvement

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency drawing on ‘Lean’ type principles or process improvement methodologies

Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience in logistics, fleet or mobile workforce management
• HR and people management 
• Exceptional organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office apps and preferably Exact dental software
• Valid driver's license 

You will preferably have an oral health background, however we will consider candidates from the education sector- Principals, Ex-Principals or Business Managers of schools are also welcome to apply for this position.
