We are looking for a new member for our motel in Wellington
Duties include running the reception, guiding the house keeping and cleaning team, relaying back to the manager, good communication, cash handling, back office, reservation management, guest relations etc
Must be self motivated, attention to detail and love the hospitality life
Key Responsibilities Include:
-Managing bookings and enquiries for accommodation
-Liaising with Housekeeping to ensure room cleanliness standards are maintained while meeting productivity goals
-Provide guests with exceptional customer service throughout their stay
-Take a positive problem-solving approach with issues and concerns
