Job Description - National Account Manager

Our culture has inspired our diverse team of highly skilled, highly creative, and highly committed individuals for 100 years and we believe the best is yet to come. \n \n\n\nWe are looking for a remarkable sales professional to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand as National Account Manager to drive our continued growth and success with our Fan, Specialty, and Grocery Channel . \n \nWorking with some of the most recognised entertainment brands, including Transformers, Star Wars, Marvel, Beyblade, Nerf, Monopoly, K Pop, Play-Doh, Peppa Pig and Baby Alive. The National Account Manager will lead the development \u0026 execution of sales plans across Hasbro\u0027s toy \u0026 game consumer products categories to achieve shared success with our retail partners.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Do:\n\n * Lead \u0026 execute the customer strategy to deliver against 3-year growth objectives and 1 year financial (top line \u0026 variable margin), POS \u0026 share goals.\n * Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with key customers with an aligned Joint Business Plan to drive sustainable growth\n * Utilise analytics \u0026 data to develop a deep understanding and application of ROI metrics to maximize trade spend to deliver ambitious sales objectives.\n * Collaborate with marketing, shopper insights, field merchandising, demand planning \u0026 finance to ensure full alignment \u0026 execution of key brand and category strategies to deliver sustainable growth with the customer.\n * Deliver exceptional forecast accuracy to drive high levels of DIFOT\n\n\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Bring: \n\n * 3+ years\u2019 commercial account management experience within either a Specialty or grocery background, preferably with a background in Toy \u0026 Games, General Merchandise, Hard Goods, or FMCG and online experience\n * Ability to think out of the box and be entrepreneurial to accelerate growth opportunities.\n * Adaptability, with a mindset for making future focused strategic decisions while executing flawlessly\n * A collaborative, flexible approach with a real interest in building trusting relationships that propel Hasbro to be #1 partner of choice\n * Commercially savvy, with experience in category management \u0026 the full path to purchase and ability to fully leverage shopper insights\n * Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of data-processing tools.\n * Ambitious, proactive, result-oriented, self-initiating, persistent and independent\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in related discipline \u0026 passion for the toy and fan business\n\n\n\n \n \n\n\n#LI-Hybrid\n\nWe are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer\n\nHasbro is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment.
