About the role.

We’re now looking for a commercially driven customer leader to help shape how McCain wins in the New Zealand Foodservice market.  This is a senior, high-impact role where you will lead key distributor and contract customers, drive category growth, and position McCain as the first-choice partner within Foodservice.

This role can be based in either Auckland, Wellington, or Christchuch.

What you’ll be doing.

• Lead and grow national and regional Foodservice distributor customers


• Deliver sales, margin and market share growth


• Build strategic partnerships with key customers


• Drive joint business planning and execution


• Lead promotions and new product launches


• Work closely with field sales and cross-functional teams

What you’ll need to be successful.

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience (Foodservice preferred)


• Strong commercial and analytical capability


• Confident communicator and influencer


• Customer-first mindset with strategic thinking


• Comfortable travelling nationally and internationally


• Tertiary qualification preferred but not essential for the right candidate
