We’re looking for an experienced and energised people leader to join us as our National Field Sales Manager. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of national field execution, build team capability, and make a real impact in market.
About the Role
As National Field Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class execution across supermarkets throughout New Zealand. This role sits on the extended leadership team and plays an important role as the voice of the field internally, ensuring frontline insight helps shape decisions and priorities across the business. You will drive clear priorities, strong rhythms of performance, and a culture of accountability, while ensuring the team remains agile and focused within a fast-moving commercial environment.
