The Havana team have an exciting new role in the team, National Hospitality Sales Manager who will oversee the end to end customer experience across Sales, through delivery of our technical support to customers & in our Auckland & Wellington Roastery's.Reporting to our GM Havana and sitting on the Havana leadership team this is a senior sales role where you will be focussed on strategically building Havana's presence in café's, managing national accounts, and providing strong in-field coaching to your team of Territory Managers. You will also lead the Havana Coffee Specialists in our Roastery's to deliver exceptional customer experiences and increased direct-to-consumer sales. Given the needs of the role we are looking for candidates who are based in Auckland.Your key accountabilities will be to:• Lead and motivate the café sales and technical teams to achieve exceptional customer experience, training, and sales targets.• Develop and implement strategies aligned with the company's vision, strategy, and business plan.• Manage and coach Territory Sales Managers to ensure field coaching and development.• Drive sales growth through effective account management of national and key hospitality customers.• Establish a clear direction and purpose for the team.• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to create and execute effective activity plans within the channel.We need someone who has:• Strong commercial and business acumen• Strategic thinking and agility• Proven experience in coaching and developing teams• Excellent time management and prioritization skills• Outstanding communication and listening skills• Experience in selling, negotiation, and account management preferably in the wider hospitality/On Premise industry.Our people at Havana are diverse – coffee connoisseurs, beer lovers, wine enthusiasts, music aficionados, marathon runners, family people, single people, pet people, and more.
