National Operations Centre (NOC) Operator – Auckland

We’re FIRST Security, one of New Zealand’s leading security providers. We’re looking for a National Operations Centre (NOC) Operator to join our Auckland-based team in a critical 24/7 operational role.

About the role

• 
  

  Full time position (40 hours per week) Tuesday-Saturday 1400-2200

  
  


• 
  

  Dispatch, assign and monitor field service requests nationwide

  
  


• 
  

  Support Field Officers and contractors in real time, including virtual two-up support

  
  


• 
  

  Triage inbound customer calls and resolve issues efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately log events and incidents in line with SOPs and customer frameworks

  
  


• 
  

  Escalate incidents, performance or health and safety concerns when required

  
  


• 
  

  Work across multiple systems including call-handling platforms and Microsoft Office

  
  

About you

• 
  

  Experience in customer service, call centre, dispatch or monitoring environments

  
  


• 
  

  Calm, organised and confident in high-pressure situations

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills with high attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Able to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working flexible shifts in a 24/7 operation

  
  


• 
  

  High level of integrity and confidentiality

  
  


• 
  

  Able to pass Police / Ministry of Justice and security vetting
