We have a unique leadership opportunity of National Processing Manager who will be responsible for directing and managing all downstream processing activities within the Circular Services division at WM New Zealand.
About the role Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will work with the Circular Services division to develop, implement and monitor processing strategies and ensure it is inline with the directives of business. Manage downstream processing, profitability of operations, budget preparation, forecast reviews, financial performance and joint venture relationships. Build an integral and compliant culture by working with key stakeholders within the vertical.
This role will include:
You will work closely with the Supply Manager and Trading Desk Manager and other stakeholders like state government authorities to ensure efficient management and smooth running of the operations through appropriate use of labour resources, operational and budgetary efficiencies to result in exemplary customer service practices and delivery of contractual obligations. You will also explore, identify and develop organic growth opportunities with existing customer and new potential clients. You will Collaborate and cooperate with all WM businesses, Joint Ventures and employees, acting in the interests of “one company “ and WMNZ values.
