Company Overview:

Restoration Experts Limited seeks an experienced and driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This role is crucial in propelling growth for three of our leading businesses: iDry Restorations, Cleaning Pro, and Flooring Pro. These companies are leaders in delivering top-notch services across New Zealand.

Position: National Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Nationwide (Auckland preferred, with local and national travel required)
Businesses Involved:

  • iDry Restorations: idryrestorations.co.nz
  • Cleaning Pro: cleaningpro.co.nz
  • Flooring Pro: flooringpro.co.nz

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies to attract and retain clients on a national scale.
  • Schedule and conduct high-level meetings with potential clients and key stakeholders across New Zealand.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with significant entities in the insurance, hospitality, property management, and local government sectors.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in our customer relationship management software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Provide strategic insights and frequent updates to the CEO or designated person.
  • Regularly review and update sales budgets and forecast pipeline sales.
  • Generate detailed reports on sales activities and the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales management, ideally within a consulting or service environment.
  • Strong network within the insurance, hospitality, property management, and local government sectors in New Zealand.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid business acumen.

Operations Objectives:

  • Aim to acquire 100 new clients by the end of the year, with a focus on various sectors including franchise owners.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face interactions with clients to introduce our services and expand our network.
  • Provide weekly updates to the CEO regarding pipeline status and business development activities.

Remuneration and Expenses:

  • Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.
  • Reimbursement for travel and business-related expenses.
