National Service Manager

Windsor Engineering Group is a successful industrial engineering and manufacturing business and our story began in 1975. Sparked from client need we have earned our reputation designing, manufacturing and servicing bespoke industrial equipment, including process heating and combustion plant. Windsor Engineering Group is seeking applications from individuals with an engineering background who can successfully manage the Windsor national Energy Service operations.

Your skills and experience will include:

• Proven experience in leading complex technical service or project management operations,
• Previous experience applying technical service, asset management and maintenance support for clients within industrial process, manufacturing or energy sectors,
• Passionate about industrial engineered solutions and services, and about ensuring the right solution for a client's needs,
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to listen,
• The skills to work co-operatively across Windsor divisions to continue to build our internal capability,
• Relevant experience and a tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Windsor has operations in Auckland, Waikato, Hawke's Bay, Porirua, Christchurch and Dunedin.
