What you'll be doing.

Reporting to one of our New Business Team Leaders, this role is about driving Momentum Life's growth in New Zealand. 

This role will require you to be a hands-on self-starter who can independently manage your individual tasks and activities.

As a New Business Consultant, you'll be:

  • making outbound calls to New Zealander's who have expressed their interest in the peace of mind we provide and issuing policies via a phone-based application
  • receiving the training you need to achieve and exceed your KPI’s and adhere to compliance guidelines and expectations
  • delivering exceptional customer service, answering questions/ addressing concerns and providing accurate product knowledge to New Zealanders
  • in a frontline position representing our brand and therefore an integral part of maintaining and enhancing our reputation as an award-winning service-focused NZ insurance provider! 
  • contributing to a team environment that supports and encourages the values and purpose of Momentum Life

 

What you bring. 

  • You'll have outbound direct sales/call centre experience and are looking to step into a new role where you can make your mark.
  • You're performance driven, goal oriented and looking to get into a business with a strong growth agenda and career progression for proven and motivated individuals.
  • Whilst insurance industry experience is highly regarded, your ability to learn quickly, show initiative and self-motivate are equally as desirable.
  • You'll have the ability to identify solutions and opportunities that benefit your customer.
  • You're a strong communicator with great spoken English, who embraces technology and has great attention to detail.
  • You'll have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team -and will thrive in a hybrid office/WFH environment.
  • You're a punctual and enthusiastic self-starter with a positive outlook that aligns with Momentum Life’s values.
