Role Overview

This is a senior consulting opportunity for someone who wants broad influence over how enterprise customers use Microsoft technology to improve operations. You will be accountable for the technical direction of significant low-code, workflow and collaboration initiatives, using Power Apps and Dataverse where appropriate, with Power Automate supporting workflow design. Copilot Studio or SharePoint Online may form part of the architecture depending on the problem being solved.

Your remit extends well beyond solution design. You will engage senior customer leaders, challenge assumptions, turn complex requirements into a workable approach and remain close enough to delivery to keep decisions commercially and technically sound. You will also play an active role before projects commence, contributing technical judgement to scoping, demonstrations, effort modelling and written customer responses.

At practice level, you will be one of the senior voices helping consultants improve how they design, communicate and deliver. You will coach others, create better working approaches and explore where emerging AI capability within the Microsoft stack can add genuine customer value. Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for significant Microsoft low-code initiatives.


• Architect application and data solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse.


• Build workflow solutions with Power Automate across connected services.


• Create enterprise controls for tenant usage, lifecycle management and data protection.


• Develop Copilot Studio agents suitable for real business use.


• Define how SharePoint Online should support content, structure and access.


• Convert complex customer needs into clear technical choices and delivery plans.


• Contribute technical leadership to scoping, demonstrations, pricing inputs and bids.


• Surface project and commercial issues early and coordinate practical responses.


• Coach consultants while improving methods, assets and delivery consistency.

Candidate Profile

You are already operating at senior level within Microsoft consulting and can make sound architecture calls without relying on prescriptive patterns. Your experience includes substantial Power Platform delivery in larger environments, strong Dataverse capability, automation design and governance of enterprise estates. You have released Copilot Studio agents into live environments and understand how grounding, actions, controls and escalation should work. You can also make credible architecture decisions involving SharePoint Online.

You communicate equally well with technical specialists and senior business stakeholders. You can unpack ambiguity, explain trade-offs, shape commercial scope and keep a solution realistic when delivery constraints emerge. You understand the role of Teams and Entra ID within the broader Microsoft estate, and can judge when Power BI should form part of the overall solution.

You are expected to bring maturity, accountability and a collaborative leadership style. You enjoy developing other consultants and raising standards through coaching rather than hierarchy. Advanced Microsoft certification is desirable; equivalent expertise with the willingness to complete relevant accreditation early will also be considered.
