Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a Venue Manager with a big personality who is smiling, kind, and experienced in management roles. If you’re a duty manager ready to take the next step-up, we want to hear from you! We value energy and attitude towards growth and are happy to provide training for the right candidate. Our ownership structure offers a wealth of knowledge in hospitality, and we are eager to pass on that knowledge to develop our leadership team further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business.
• Report on weekly and monthly P&L, stock control, and labor control.
• Handle recruitment and all HR tasks.
• Develop and implement training systems for the team.
• Bring an upbeat energy to the team, fostering a happy and positive workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

• A big personality with a friendly, kind demeanor.
• Experience in a management position in the hospitality industry is necessary, but prior experience as a venue manager is not required.
• Leadership that emphasizes kindness and support for team growth.
• Ability to upskill the team, celebrate overachievers, and recognize hard workers.
• Positive problem-solving approach and a focus on team growth and development.
