The Role | Te mahi
The position of Night Auditor/Guest Services Agent spans front office reception and Night Audit tasks, requiring a hospitality professional with a level head, professionalism, and the ability to make our guests welcome with exceptional service.
From checking guests in/out, to dealing with guest queries and complaints, this varied position will require exceptional communication skills and the ability to think on your feet. You will be confident in your decision-making and have a strong focus on Health and Safety.
You will be able to problem solve to ensure accuracy in accounting and be able to work unsupervised. You must be strong in using computer systems, reporting, and spreadsheeting. Experience in Reservations will be highly regarded.
This is a p art-time role with minimum of 10 hours per week and the pay rate of $28.50 per hour.
