About the role

Our night team take pride in the fact that they are what makes the day operations team able to run a smooth shift and keep our business on track and our customers happy.

In this role you will be responsible for all inbound/outbound activities in our Auckland 3PL Warehouse, as well as leading a team to ensure that the productivity, quality and overall performance continues to meet our high expectations. Our customers are a key focus for us and we aim to provide a great service to them, you will be a key part in making this happen.

This role would oversee a team of 12 that expands with demand during busy periods.

This is a full-time role operating 8:00pm to 5:00am Monday - Friday.

Key tasks:

· Lead a team of warehouse staff during the night shift operations.

· Monitor staff performance and provide support and guidance where required.

· Ensure accuracy and quality standards are met within the stamping team.

· Manage daily operational tasks and coordinate breakdown tasks efficiently.

· Ensure shift targets and productivity goals are achieved.

· Conduct toolbox meetings and regular Health & Safety meetings

· Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture across the team

· Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards

· Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

Skills & Experience

· Previous team leadership or supervisory experience required

· Ability to work night shifts and perform in a fast-paced environment

· Forklift and Reach Truck experience/licences will be an added advantage

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Good attention to detail and accuracy

· Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused attitude
