Nurse Practitioner - Kaiapoi Family Doctors

Our clinic has been serving the local community for many years and we are now looking to employee an experienced NP to join our team.

As a Nurse Practitioner with Kaiapoi Family Doctors, you’ll be someone who cares about making a difference. You will:

• Provide high-quality primary care using a holistic and person/whānau centred approach.
• Promote health and assess, diagnose and form management plans for diverse patient groups both in-person and online.
• Ensure continuity of care by developing timely plans for referral and follow-up, where appropriate.
• Provide culturally safe care with patients and whānau.
