Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Primary Care Liaison is a team of mental health specialists providing care at the interface of primary and secondary to the population of Auckland City.
As Nurse Practitioner you will work as an expert clinician in Mental Health Nursing, your primary focus will be to undertake assessments and brief clinical interventions, you will provide clinical and professional leadership
We are looking for a dynamic clinician who has experience in adult, community work, is able to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, deliver effective evidence based treatment strategies and work collaboratively with other team members, primary care providers and other services.

You will be committed to the philosophy and concepts of Mental Health Nursing care.
Essential requirements for this role are:
• At least five years experience in Mental Health Nursing
• Endorsement by the Nursing Council of NZ to practice as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Alignment with the values of Health New Zealand
