New Grad and Experienced Clinicians 

Asa therapist at Connect2Care, you will be joining amultidisciplinary team. You will provide evidence-basedservices to people through multiple service deliverymodels, including telehealth, community visits, ¢re-based services. Referrals may come through theNDIS, Medicare or privately. It is a mobile role, with theoption to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients.The role will involve the following:

  • Assessing and providinginterventions for children & adults livingwith a range of disabilities

  • Working within the NDISto maximise clients' level of function, capacity& social engagement

  • Assisting clients withassistive technology assessment, recommendations andapplications (in relevant fields)

  • Timely documentation& report writing

  • Managing a variedcaseload

  • Meeting companyprofessional expectations (e.g. meeting billables &effective client management)

  • Building relationshipswith key stakeholders, including therapists,clients, & referral sources

  • Working across leadingsoftware platforms & online tools

Requirements

To apply for therole, you will need to have or be able to obtain thefollowing:

  • Relevant Tertiaryqualifications in related field

  • Discipline-specificprofessional registration (e.g.AHPRA/SPA)

  • Working withChildren Check (WWCC or Blue Card)

  • NDIS WorkerScreening Check

  • Evidence ofCOVID-19 vaccination (or validexemption)

  • Police Check& International Police Check (onlyapplicable to individuals who have livedoverseas)

  • Driver'slicence & access to a reliablevehicle

  • Carinsurance

  • ProfessionalIndemnity & Public Liabilityinsurance

  • First Aid(optional)
