We are searching for a confident self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. 

We are a friendly team that likes to have fun whilst working hard to serve our clients. 

Property Management is a fast-paced environment, so you’ll also need to be adaptable and ready to take on change and challenges.

What you will be doing

• General administrative tasks related to Tenancies and Bonds
• Updating and maintaining rental adverts
• Assisting and supporting our team of Property Managers
• Preparing documentation for the Property Managers
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiry emails
• Working 30-40 hours per week

• Exceptional people skills with a customer service focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi­task
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new databases and systems
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and professional when dealing with difficult situations
• Experience within the real estate industry would be useful but not essential
