We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and reliable Office Administrator to join our friendly family-owned marine business based in the heart of the vibrant Wynyard Quarter.
Ideally you will be a hard working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
You should have a positive attitude and the desire to provide excellent customer service as well as enjoying being part of a team.
You will need strong communication skills and be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion and be happy to suggest new and effective ways to achieve better results for the day to day running of the office.
You should possess a high proficiency in MS Office and be good at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
You will be working alongside our experienced and valued Office Manager and would be an important part of a team of three Administrators supporting our long-established marine service and sales businesses located in Westhaven, Pine Harbour and Gulf Harbour.
