Harcourts Rotorua specialises in Residential, Rural, Lifestyle and Commercial Real Estate & Property Management. Our office is a market leader in real estate providing an exceptional client experience.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Office Administrator to advance their career with our progressive and dynamic team. As our first port-of-call for clients, your professional phone manner and customer service will set the tone for our client experience. Your role will be exciting and challenging as you will be the go-to person for our administrative needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the administrative process for our listings
  • Marketing and printing for the office
  • Preparing offers and contracts
  • Preparing reports and assisting agents with administrative tasks
  • Answering inbound calls and greeting clients in reception
To be successful in this role you will need to have high attention to detail, be self-motivated and be able to manage and prioritise your workload to meet the deadlines of the various tasks. You need to have exceptional computer skills. Previous experience in Administration, Banking or Finance would be advantageous.
