Office Administrator

 

We are looking for a smart and savvy individual to join our highly regarded office as an Office Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and handling general administrative tasks, representing our company with professionalism and competence.

 

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience as an Administrator within the Real Estate sector. This experience should have provided you with a strong understanding of daily operations and proficiency in real estate software systems such as MyDesktop, VaultRE, H1, or similar platforms.

 

We prefer candidates who possess excellent design skills using Canva, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English. The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is also highly valued. Additionally, the following qualities are essential:

  • Proficiency in computer skills and design, including expertise in MS Office, Publisher, Adobe, and outstanding creative writing abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • High personal grooming standards, punctuality, reliability, and a dedicated can-do attitude.
