Purpose of Position:

To ensure that a high level of Customer Service is provided to Novus customers through direct leadership of the administrative team. Also, that the business administration and accounting systems are being operated in line with company procedures.

 Core duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing and mentoring the customer service team.
  • Recruitment, retention, upskilling and training of administration team.
    Train administration staff from around the Novus network.
  • Ensure administration processes and procedures are documented and easy to follow.
  • Answering phones, taking customer bookings on the electronic dairy system and assisting with enquiries.
  • Liaising with the franchise manager and auto glass technicians concerning auto glazing work.
  • Take charge in absence of franchise manager.
  • Auto glass part selection.
  • Raising purchase orders as required and sourcing glass from suppliers.
  • Entering Accounts Receivable invoices.
  • Receipting in of payments received and banking same.
  • Processing Payables accounts.

 Key Performance Measurements:

  • Health & Safety procedures compliance.
  • The business sales and administration systems are being carried out as per the Company procedures.
  • Train administration staff from other franchises so they can operate at the same level.
  • The customer services area and office are kept in a professional and presentable manner in accordance with presenting a model franchise.
  • That a high level of customer service is provided to external and internal customers.
  • High level of accuracy in sales and accounting related work.
  • Workplace and team behaviour – timeliness to process transactions, working as a team member and contributing to a positive environment.
